A real homemade cake with lingonberry sourness for tea with mint is just the time for cozy gatherings in a warm family circle.

Ingredients: 200 g of condensed milk, 3 tables. tablespoons of cocoa powder, 700 ml of sour cream, 1 egg, 370 g of granulated sugar, ½ bag of baking powder, 180 g of flour, 150 g of lingonberry (or any other berry to your taste).
Cooking method:
■ For dough, mix condensed milk with cocoa powder and 200 ml of sour cream. Beat the egg with 170 g of granulated sugar and combine with the chocolate mass. Sift flour with baking powder on top and knead the dough.
■ Pour into a mold lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 1 h (170 ° C). Let cool, cut into 3 cakes.
■ For cream, whisk the remaining sour cream with 200 g of granulated sugar.
■ Wash lingonberries and dry well. Layers of cakes with sour cream and prepared berries. Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
