Flowers for women, geometry for men, or? ... It would seem that this has always been and always will be. But modern fashion refutes stereotypes!

As you know, the male mindset better perceives geometric patterns: cells, stripes, triangles, and recently, elements such as geometric applications or inserts: triangles, stripes, zigzags, numbers, etc., have firmly entered the men's fashion.
BUT - no less than a number of models with similar prints and applications we see in women's collections. Moreover, women borrow from men their traditional, centuries-old patterns and even cuts and accessories: frock coats, men's ties, hats, etc.
On the other hand, the theme of floral prints and embroidery has flourished in the women's fashion of recent seasons. This was especially pronounced in the summer. These are not only fabrics, but also voluminous lace applications sewn to the dress with a bead or button, buttons or beads in the shape of flowers, huge applications of flowers from contrasting fabrics and much more. Accessories are not far behind - one of the most fashionable is considered to be shoes with a floral print on top or lined. Not to mention a flower in her hair or a purse with a picture of flowers. Aerobatics of design - to combine two different floral prints so that they organically merge into one.
BUT and men's fashion is slowly (and not the first season) borrowing floral prints from women's.And they appeared not only on Hawaiian leisure shirts, but also on office shirts, and even on office suits (of course, such clothes are more suitable for certain men's professions, usually creative ones). The classic buttonhole on the lapel of a man's jacket is replaced by huge flowers, including leather.
The conclusion is obvious: despite the protests of the adherents of traditions, fashion still pays tribute to androgenicity and it is unlikely that we will refuse this in the future ... Indeed, in public life, especially in the life of big cities, male and female roles come together, and sometimes even change places ...
