Step 1

Cutting (including 1 cm allowances):

Terry cloth: a piece measuring 70 x 180 cm;

From cotton fabric: detail for a pillow measuring 70 x 42 cm; two oblique beiks measuring 8 x 182 cm and one - 8 x 70 cm in size.

Step 2

At the bottom cut of the cushion part, iron a 1 cm wide allowance onto the wrong side.

Stitch the upper section of the pillow part to the terry part with the front side to the front side, leaving an open area of approx. 15 cm to fill the pillow.

Step 3

Unscrew the upper edge of the mat (see step 2) on the front side and iron it.

Pin down the ironed bottom section of the pillow part and stitch it on the edge.

Stack the side sections of the pillow at a distance of 5 mm.

Step 4

Fold oblique in half lengthwise and iron.

Tighten both longitudinal sections to a width of 1 cm and iron - the width of the spacers in the finished form is 3 cm.
