Sausage Chicken Roll

Cooking time: 60 min

For 6 servings: • 1 carrot • 1 onion • 100 g of raw smoked sausage • 100 g of cheese • 500 g of chicken fillet • 2 tables. tablespoons of mayonnaise • 2 eggs • 1 table. spoon of vegetable oil • salt • ground black pepper

1. Hard-boiled eggs. Each fillet is cut horizontally into 2 parts, beat off lightly, salt and pepper. Peel, wash and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Peel and chop eggs. Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate cheese, cut sausage into cubes.

2. Preheat 1 table in a pan. spoonful of vegetable oil and fry carrots with onions. Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, add half the cheese and sausage. Season with mayonnaise.

3. Lay the fillet on the table with one layer and evenly spread the filling on it. Roll up and tightly wrap in aluminum foil. Heat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the roll for 30 minutes. For 4 servings: • 1 pod of green and yellow sweet pepper • 1 apple • 2 tables. tablespoons of lemon juice • 100 g of cherry tomatoes • 4 tangerines • 4 triangles of cream cheese • 1 lime • 1 canned peach • 1 pod of chili pepper • 1 red onion • salt • ground red pepper

1. Cut sweet pepper into strips, apple into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Tangerines are divided into slices. Each triangle of cheese is cut in half.

2. For the sauce, chop 2 tangerines, lime, peach, onions and chili peppers in a blender, season with salt and pepper. Gently mix all the ingredients of the salad and pour over the resulting sauce.

Sandwiches with young nettles

Cooking time: 15 minutes

For 4 servings: • 100 g of granular cottage cheese or homemade cheese • 2 garlic cloves • 50 g of feta cheese • 1 bunch of green onion • 4 handfuls of young nettle leaves • salt • ground black pepper • 8 slices of bran bread

1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel green onions, wash and cut into thin circles. Nettle leaves put in a bowl of cold water and rinse thoroughly. Put on the sieve with your hands and scald with hot water. Allow it to drain completely.

2. Brynza crumble and mix with cottage cheese. Add chopped garlic, chives and nettles. Salt and pepper. Grind the mass well with a blender.

3. Transfer the curd mass into a small plastic container and tightly close the lid. Put in the refrigerator. Slices of bread with a curd mass only immediately before meals.

1. Melt margarine and let cool. Mix with cottage cheese, add flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Knead the dough and put in the cold for 1 hour.

2. Cut the chicken into slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil, fry the onion for 3 minutes, add the fillet and fry for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool, salt and pepper. Dice the cheese, spinach - into strips.

3. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Divide the dough into 2 parts, each roll out into a 5 mm thick layer. Put one part in a mold lined with baking paper, cover with half the chicken fillet, then cheese, spinach and again the fillet. Cover with the remaining dough, chop with a fork and bake for 40 minutes.

Sausages baked in pastry

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

For 4 servings: • 200 g margarine • 1 bag of dried yeast • 1 pinch of salt • 500 g flour • 200 ml milk • 2 kg sausages • 1 egg

1. Sift flour, mix with dry yeast, add melted margarine, warm milk and salt. Knead a smooth, elastic dough, cover it with a clean towel, put in a warm place for 30 minutes and let it come.

2. Then knead the dough well, roll it into a 5 mm thick layer on a table sprinkled with flour and cut into strips about 3 cm wide. Each sausage, removing the casing, wrap a strip of dough. Press the ends of the strips from the dough.

3. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Sausages put on greased baking sheet and leave for 15 minutes. Beat the egg slightly and grease the dough with a brush. Bake for 20 minutes.

Thin pita rolls

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

For 4 servings: • 1 chicken fillet • 1 red onion • 2 pods of red and yellow sweet pepper • 70 g lettuce • 20 g dill greens • 2 garlic cloves • 150 ml light mayonnaise • 200 g feta cheese • 2 sheets of thin pita bread • ground black pepper • salt

1. Pour chicken fillet with hot water and cook for 45 minutes. Allow to cool and chop finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sweet pepper, removing the core with seeds, cut into small cubes. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Finely chop the dill. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and mix with mayonnaise.

2. The resulting sauce is mixed with chicken, sweet pepper and dill. Add feta cheese cubes, pepper and mix. Lay the sheets of pita bread with an overlap and line them with lettuce. Spread the filling and roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Sandwiches with ham and cottage cheese

Cooking time: 15 minutes

For 6 servings: • 60 g of hard cheese • 1 onion • 2 pickled cucumbers • 200 g of cottage cheese • 2 tables. tablespoons chopped parsley • 4 tablespoons. tablespoons of yogurt • 2 tables. tablespoons grated horseradish • salt • ground black pepper • 2 tomatoes • 1 pod of yellow bell pepper • 8 salad leaves • 8 slices of grain bread • 200 g slices of ham

1. Grate the cheese. Peel and chop the onion. Dice the cucumbers. Mix cottage cheese, cheese, onions, parsley, cucumbers, yogurt and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Wash tomatoes and peppers. Cut the pepper into thin strips, tomatoes in circles. Prepare lettuce leaves: iterate, wash and dry.

3. Spread a thick layer of curd cream on bread and put on a lettuce leaf. Then nicely lay the slices of ham and squeeze them with tomato mugs. Add a few strips of sweet pepper and garnish with parsley.

For 4 servings: • 8 chicken thighs • 200 g champignons • 1 onion • 1 carrot • 1 package of puff yeast-free dough • 1 egg • salt • pepper • vegetable oil • dill greens

1. Peel and finely chop the onions and carrots. Chop the champignons. Fry onions, carrots and mushrooms in vegetable oil. Defrost the dough. Cut into 8 small rectangles. Each roll slightly to the size of a square on a floured surface.

2. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, remove the seeds. Finely chop the fillet, salt and pepper. Fry in a pan. Put vegetable filling on the squares of the dough, cover with chicken meat. Connect the corners of the dough, shape the bag.
