Rules for participation in the BURDASTYLE contest for the best spring-summer 2015 models, tailored to Burda magazine patterns.

1. The Contest is organized by the Burda Publishing House Closed Joint-Stock Company, location: 127018 Moscow, Polkovaya St., 3, building 4, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. Territory of the Competition - Russian Federation.
3. Dates of the Competition.
3.1. The deadline for the Competition is from January 29, 2015 to April 20, 2015.
3.2. Letters with photos for participation in the Competition are accepted until 04/20/2015.
3.3. At the end of the deadline for receiving letters to participate in the competition, 24 winners of the competition are determined. Among the 24 winners, 1 main winner of the Competition, 3 finalists and 20 winners who receive incentive prizes are selected.
3.4. The names of 24 winners will be published in Burda Magazine No. 7 (on sale from 06/25/2015)
3.5. Terms for giving gifts:
3.5.1. Prizes for the finalists, SWAROVSKI crystal sets, as well as 20 incentive prizes will be sent to participants by Russian Post within a month from the date of publication of the list of winners at the addresses indicated in the application for participation in the competition. Unclaimed prizes returned by Russian Post are not subject to storage.
3.5.2. The main prize is an electromechanical sewing machine FAMILY EFFECT LINE 323 S, a large set of SWAROVSKI crystals and a gift CERTIFICATE for 5000 rubles. the winner of the Competition takes away independently at the office of Publishing House Burda CJSC at the address: 3, Polkovaya St., bldg. 4, no later than 05/20/2015. 4. The prize fund of the Competition includes:

4.4. All prizes are provided by the Organizer's partners in the ongoing Contest. The organizer is not responsible for the quality of the goods and services provided by partners.
5. Terms of participation in the Competition:
5.1. Citizens of Russia over the age of 18 living in Russia can take part in the Competition.
5.2. In order to become a participant in the Competition, you must send photos of models of women's, children's and men's clothing sewn by the participant in any convenient way: in TIFF or JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi by e-mail [email protected]; ordinary photographs on matte paper at the address: 127521, Moscow, PO Box 57; post in a special section of the site www.burdastyle.ru (Contests). To take part in the competition on the site, you need to register on the site and send a photo from the PhotoForum by clicking on "add photo to the competition". Next, select the name of the contest (in this case - "BURDASTYLE 1/2015") and confirm your choice.
Participants must send their personal data (name and surname, postal address with postal code) and mobile and home telephone numbers (with city code) to the personal email address on the website www.burdastyle.ru for communication. The letter should be sent to those specified in clauses 3.2 deadlines for receiving letters and contain:
· Name of participant, date of birth, full address of residence and at least two contact numbers
· A photograph of a product stitched from patterns from Burda Magazine.
5.3. The number of letters from one participant is not limited. The photograph that is provided must be of good quality, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
5.4. Employees of the Organizer and the Contractor, their affiliates, members of their families, as well as employees of other organizations involved in the organization and conduct of the Competition cannot become participants in the Competition.
5.5.By sending a photo, the participant confirms his copyright to this photo, the presence of the necessary consent of the persons depicted in the photo, the use, publication and distribution of their images, including by third parties, and is fully responsible for its use in the event of the establishment requirement copyright or any other claims and claims by third parties. In case the Organizer is held liable in connection with the violation of copyright, related and other non-property rights in connection with the use of photo images, the participant undertakes to compensate for the fines, legal and other costs of the Organizer in connection with bringing him to justice.
5.6. Participants whose photographs violate the generally accepted principles of morality are not allowed to participate in the Competition.
6. Criteria for determining the winners of the Competition
6.1. The competition commission consists of representatives of Burda Publishing House CJSC. The expert commission sums up the results of the competition upon the completion of the entries (photos) of the Participants. Burda Publishing House CJSC selects photos that meet all the conditions of the Competition and determines 23 at its discretion Equal prize-winners, whose photos most reflect the given theme of the Competition and 1 main winner.

7. Obligations of the participant
7.1. The participant undertakes to submit works that do not violate copyright laws to participate in the Contest;
7.2. In case of winning the main prize, the winner agrees to inform the Organizer and the Contractor of their passport details, TIN number, as well as other information necessary to receive the prize.
7.3. In connection with winning the main prize, the winner of the Competition bears responsibility for calculating and paying taxes related to receiving the prize, as well as responsibility for failure to fulfill this obligation.
8. Rights of the Organizer
The organizer has the right:
8.1. refuse to issue a prize to a participant who refuses to provide the data specified in clause 7.2 of the Rules;
8.2. change the Rules during the whole period of its holding or cancel the Competition no later than 04/01/2015.
8.3. photos sent by the participants to the Organizer are not reviewed or returned

9. The organizer is not responsible for:
9.1. failure to fulfill (untimely fulfillment) by the participants of the obligations related to participation in the Competition and receipt of prizes;
9.2. non-familiarization of participants with the Rules for the conduct and conditions for participation in the Competition;
9.3. non-receipt from participants of letters, calls, facsimile and (or) electronic messages, including through the fault of the postal service, communication organizations, as a result of technical problems and (or) fraud on the Internet and (or) communication channels used during the Competition;
9.4. receiving from participants incomplete and (or) incorrect contact and (or) other information necessary for the purpose of holding the Competition and transferring prizes.
10. Additional conditions.
10.1. Participation in the Competition automatically implies familiarization and consent of the Participant to the Rules.
10.2. The Participant agrees that the information voluntarily provided for participation in the Competition, including his personal data, will be processed by the Organizer (Burda Publishing House Closed Joint-Stock Company, registered address: 127018, Moscow, Polkovaya St., 3, p. 4), as well as by its partners in the Competition. The consent of the Participant gives the Organizer and its partners in the Competition, which will observe the necessary measures to protect such data from unauthorized distribution, the right to collect, store, process and use the data the participant indicated by him, for the purpose of holding the Competition, as well as for organizing communication with the Participant of the authorized representatives of the Organizer regarding the Competition and the delivery of prizes.The contact information provided by the Member can also be used to send news information from the website www.burdastyle.ru and Burda magazine.
10.3. Prizes are not issued in cash, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10.4. From the moment the prize is transferred to the postal services, the latter bear the risk of its accidental death or damage.
10.5. If the participant refuses the prize for any reason, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to correspondingly reduce the total number of prizes without any compensation.
10.6. The Organizer and the Contractor, with the additional written consent of the participants of the Competition, may use the first name, surname, image, photos of the winners of the Competition, and other materials about them, as well as take advertising interviews from the winners of the Competition about participation in the Competition, including for radio and television, as well as for other mass media, or to shoot a participant for the production of any advertising materials without paying any remuneration for it.
