FOR SMOOTH - nuts, fish, garlic, onions, spinach and arugula, rich in zinc and magnesium: these trace elements normalize the functioning of the sebaceous glands, prevent the appearance of blackheads.

Carrot Cream Soup with Nuts

260 kcal, cooking time - 45 minutes.

Ingredients: 4 medium-sized carrots, 2 small potato tubers, 1 stalk of leek (white part), 2 table. tablespoons of olive oil, 400 ml cream, 70 g chopped walnuts, salt, ground black pepper to taste.

● Peel and chop the carrots. Peel and slice the potatoes. Chop the leek into rings.

● In a saucepan, fry the leeks in oil. Add carrots, potatoes and lightly brown all together. Pour 500 ml of hot water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

● Grind with a blender. Pour in hot cream, salt, pepper and whisk. Add nuts to each plate before serving.

Red fish with greens

270 kcal, cooking time - 45 minutes.

Ingredients: 4 salmon steaks, 1 table. spoon of honey (melt), ½ teaspoon. tablespoons of dried oregano, salt and ground black pepper, 500 g of fresh spinach, 2 cloves of garlic, 70 ml of white wine, 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of olive oil.

● Wash steaks, dry, grease with honey, sprinkle with dried oregano, salt and pepper.

● Wash and dry the spinach. Chop the garlic and mix with the spinach. Put in the form. Lay salmon steaks on top, drizzle with oil and pour wine. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. at 180 ° C.

Vegetable salad with strawberries

230 kcal, cooking time - 15 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 pod of yellow pepper, 150 g of strawberries, 1 fresh cucumber, 70 g of arugula, 100 g of small balls of mozzarella, 4 tables. tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon. spoon of balsamic vinegar, salt, ground black pepper to taste.

● Cut the pulp of sweet pepper into thin strips, strawberries and fresh cucumber - into slices. Wash the arugula, dry well and pick up. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix with mozzarella balls.

● For the sauce, whisk the olive oil slightly with vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the salad.

Blueberry Casserole

320 kcal, cooking time - 60 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch of vanillin, 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 table. tablespoons of semolina, 150 g of blueberries (frozen !!!).

● Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat with a mixer with sugar and vanilla.Wipe the cottage cheese through a frequent sieve and mix with the yolk mass. Stir in semolina. Beat whites with a mixer in a strong foam and put into the curd mass.

● Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate a small rectangular shape with any fat, put 1/3 of the resulting curd mass on the bottom, then a layer of frozen blueberries and the remaining mass on top. Flatten and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
