3. Eat less fatty, salty, spicy, especially at night.
4. Carefully clean and clean the skin around the eyes. Enhanced scrubbing can weaken it. Do not forget about daily hydration.

Masks and lotions are applied to clean skin for 20 minutes, and then washed off with warm water. Here are some simple but effective folk recipes.

Ice. If you are in a hurry and don’t know how to get rid of bags under the eyes, you can use ordinary ice. But still, it is better to always have ice in the freezer made from infusions of medicinal herbs - chamomile, birch leaves, linden or parsley.
By the way, ice should not be applied to the skin around the eyes just like that. Wrap the cubes in a towel, scarf or cheesecloth and only then do compresses. Another ice cream recipe: remove the skin from the cucumber, grate it, or grind it in a blender. The resulting slurry was distributed in ice molds. In the evening, wipe the area around the eyes with cucumber ice counterclockwise, drawing a circle around the eyelid.
Herbal lotions. An excellent cold compress is obtained from a mixture of herbs: 10 g of chamomile, the same amount of linden and plantain. Pour all 90 ml of water, simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and refrigerate. Wadded disks moistened in a solution should be kept in front of eyes for 10-15 minutes.

But the secret is that you need to apply this ointment very little, it has a too pronounced lifting effect. And beware of ointment in the eyes: strong irritation can not be avoided.
As an option: you can simply add a little liquid vitamin E to your favorite cream for the skin around the eyes (about 4-5 drops per 20 g of cream). He will not have an instant effect, but as a means of prevention, it will fit perfectly.
Massage
First you need to clean the skin around the eyes, and then apply the oil with a light structure (wheat, rice, grape, pomegranate) or gel concentrate, which includes any of these components: collagen, caffeine, parsley, algae extract, snails or even leeches.
Massage from bags under the eyes is necessary with the pads of the ring fingers, since their pressures are considered the least traumatic. To begin with, you can make several circular stroking movements in the direction from the inner corner of the eye to the outer from the upper eyelid and vice versa on the lower eyelid. Then, light striking movements are performed in the same sequence.
