Favorite sweatpants can be "cloned", stitching on their basis almost the same.
These athletic tight-fitting trousers have ¾ length and a comfortable wide double belt. They are sewn in the image and likeness of ready-made yoga pants, only made a little longer. To dye the material for the belt, liquid dye and the Tai Dai technique were used. Here, an overlock is used for work. If it is not, you can sew knitwear on a sewing machine. Details here.

How to sew a t-shirt without a pattern: master class
Step 1
Turn the original pants inside out. Find the point where the 4 seams meet and fold the pants exactly in half. Fold the jersey for trousers in half and transfer the details to it, using the finished trousers as a template, and adding 0.6-0.7 cm to the allowances.
Step 2
Cut out the details.
Step 3
Complete the middle seams.
Step 4
Align the middle seams, stitch the trousers along the step seams and complete the step seams.
Step 5
Make side seams.
Step 6
For the belt, 2 parts are needed (or one, if the belt will have not two seams, but one). The length of the belt should correspond to the length of the belt line of your pants + allowances. Width - optional, taking into account the fact that the belt will be folded in half. Here, the width of the belt part is 38 cm. Cut out the part or belt parts. If there are two parts, sew them into one fabric.
Step 7
If you will be dyeing knitwear for a belt, fold the part as shown in the photo, tie it with a thick thread and dip it in the diluted paint. Follow the instructions for your paint. Dry the painted part.
Step 8
Sew the belt into the ring.
Step 9
Fold the belt in half, pin it to your trousers and sew it on. Work the bottom line of the trousers. Done.
