Today everything is in bloom - both clothes and accessories. And what's nice: these delicate petals will never fade!

HOW TO MAKE A FLOWER FROM SKIN

You will need:
3 details of a flower made of leather (the motif at the top, copy the motif of three different sizes), the core of the flower, bowls, an egg stand, a bottle to create a shape, glue for the skin, tailor pins.

STEP 1 Place leather parts to soften in hot water for 5 minutes.

STEP 2 Place each still wet part on the mold (in this case, on the bottle). Give the petals the desired shape and fix it in the middle with tailor pins.

STEP 3 Allow the parts to dry (or blow dry them). Place the smaller parts of the flower on the larger one and glue with skin glue.

INSTRUCTION

You will need:
For a big flower. Genuine nappa leather (for petals and core) approx. 25 x 30 cm; round bowls with a diameter of 4 cm, 5 cm and 6 cm; silk paper; skin glue (UHU).

For the middle flower. Suede (for petals) approx. 15 x 25 cm; genuine nappa leather (for core) 5 x 5 cm; round bowls with a diameter of 4 cm and 5 cm; silk paper; skin glue (UHU).

Description of work:
Big flower. Transfer 3 motifs on silk paper according to one pattern in accordance with the required sizes and cut out from the skin without allowances. For the core, cut a strip 4 cm long and 7 cm wide. Make a flower as described in the step-by-step instructions at the top.Apply glue to a width of 5 mm on the underside of the core strip along a 4 cm length cut. Fold the strip in half to a width of 3.5 cm, glue the sections. Cut the fringe strip from the fold to a length of 2.5 cm, the width of a single element is 3 mm. Roll the strip along the bottom cut with a tight roller, gluing the coils. Glue the core in the center of the flower.
Medium flower. Transfer medium and small motives onto silk paper and cut out of suede without allowances. For the core, cut out a square with a side of 4 cm from nappa leather. Make a flower as described in the step-by-step instructions at the top. On the wrong side of the square for the core along one of the sections 4 cm long, apply glue to a width of 5 mm. Fold the square in half to a width of 2 cm, glue the sections. Cut the resulting rectangle from the fold to a length of 1.3 cm, the width of a single element is 3 mm. Roll the strip along the bottom cut with a tight roller, gluing the coils. Glue the core in the center of the flower.

For every flower. Genuine green nappa leather (for lower petals and core) approx. 15 x 20 cm; genuine yellow nappa leather (for upper petals) 10 x 10 cm; round bowls with a diameter of 4 cm and 5 cm; silk paper; skin glue (UHU); awl; sewing stitches; needle for the skin.
Description of work:
See the instructions "How to make a flower of leather", Medium flower. For the core, cut a strip 4 cm long and 5 cm wide. Fold the strip in half to a width of 2.5 cm, glue the sections. Cut the fringe from the fold to a length of 2 cm.Sew the flower to the shoe with stitching stitches, after making holes in the shoe with an awl.

We decorated the skirt with 2 large, 1 medium and 1 small flowers. Consumption of genuine leather nappa and suede (petals and cores can be of different colors). For a small flower: genuine yellow nappa leather (for petals) 10 x 10 cm; genuine leather nappa green (for core) 4 x 6 cm. For all flowers: round bowls with a diameter of 4 cm, 5 cm and 6 cm; 1 glass bottle; silk paper; skin glue (UHU); sewing threads; needle for the skin; button for each flower.

Description of work:
Large and medium flowers - see the step-by-step instructions "How to make a flower." Before gluing the petals, sew the upper part of the button to the lower side of the lower petals. For a small flower, cut out small petals and shape them with a bottle - see step-by-step instructions. Fold the core strip in half to 3 cm wide, glue the sections. Cut the fringed strip from the fold to a length of 2.5 cm. Put flowers on the skirt and put labels for the lower parts of the buttons. Sew the bottom of the buttons to the skirt. Fasten the flowers.
